Vintage rockwell Collins gps receiver, powers up to battery low, fans a little noisy, I took cover off and it uses 3 AA batteries which were corroded, replaced them but the terminals will need re-soldering, covered with piece of tape hold in place, now doesn't say its still sold as-is racking.
