Good luck and happy buying. I have done a functional test using Rockwell Collins 478a-3 for iii vor radial standard and an oscilloscope. The markings on some of buttons is worn off and unit has scratches dents it.
Some buttons don't seem to do anything and keys light up, but I have limited knowledge of how this unit works, so it may be user error. See images for condition. I am able to change the radial angle, frequency, output level, turn on and off all number keys are working.
