Details:

Instrument Flight Research NAV-400 avionics tester. It includes the lid, but no handle. It was not fully tested, as I am unfamiliar with it and have no manual. Includes a 3-foot cord and an extra fuse.

The power button didn't always, and when that happened it would only stay on by keeping the pressed in. Powers up as can be seen in picture. Sometimes it would properly and then stay on.

We did notice when powering it up that the power button works intermittently.
