It is an all solid state Hf lsb, usb, ame, cw transceiver with 400 watts pep output 125w ame cw covering Collins 628t 1 Hf airborne transceiver the Collins 628t 1 transceiver was introduced to replace the highly successful 618T series.
This unit is being sold as is. This unit came from an aviation supply house with the service warranty sticker still intact with the proper rack adapter it becomes a drop in replacement for the older 618T. 999mhz in 100khz steps.
It is presumed to be in working order, but I have no way to test because I don't have the adapter for my 618T 3b station.
