It is very nice TDR950. I bought it for a kit plane project I sold. Really no excuses.
The tdr 950 is a full featured transponder in a compact chassis. The tdr 950 offers 250 watts of transmission power, operation up to 62,000 feet, and compatibility with encoders either an encoding altimeter or a blind encoder.
Cheers very good condition, checked, working, 250 watts . Like the rest of the Collins micro line series, the Collins tdr 950 transponder has a well earned reputation for reliability. I had it checked when I bought it 4 years ago. The tdr 950 features discrete codes mode c compatibility Tao'd.
The plastic is not cracked and bulbs are good unit, clean. In fact, it has the shortest depth of all transponders, making it possible to install where other units simply won't fit. I had it re check recently before listing here and yellow tagged. It checked good with tray and connector shell and new full gold connectors.
30 day warranty. It is high power, on frequency and codes are nice.
