You are buying a vintage aircraft Hickok electrics bank and turn indicator. The number is 91M11 and this for use on ground instrument trainer only. I have no idea if it works, untested, but the needles and air bubble all move.
This is made in the USA. The glass looks pretty good, so does outside. Please look at all the pictures, totally untested, would be great for a man cave, display, or steampunk.
